Please note that there will no longer be the surcharge added to each booking from 1st April 2022 and I would like to thank you for your understanding whilst this was in place. You will see there has been increases to treatment prices due to the increases by my suppliers of products, insurance, energy, etc.
Please note my cancellation policy is now 48 hours as it really is important as a small business that I am given notice of cancellations so that I have adequate time to refill the appointment.
I continue to follow the advice and guidelines from my federations and insurances regarding the advance cleaning between client appointments and the wearing of PPE. Every sector has been affected by the pandemic in different ways, so I really do appreciate your continued understanding in why close contact providers are still asking for masks to been worn during treatments.
