IF YOU HAVE COLD/FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS OR HAVE TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID PLEASE CONTACT ALISON TO RE-ARRANGE YOUR APPOINTMENT AND DUE TO YOUR SKINS REACTION TO COLD/FLU/COVID, ALISON ASKS THAT YOU RE-BOOK WHEN YOU ARE FEELING 100%.

BOOKING “TERMS AND CONDITIONS”
PLEASE READ AS YOU WILL NEED TO CONFIRM THIS BEFORE YOUR BOOKING IS COMPLETED. THESE ARE IN PLACE TO PROTECT MY BUSINESS.
DEPOSIT/LATE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICIES.
All Treatment bookings are subject to a 50% non-refundable booking fee at the time of booking.
If you need to reschedule your appointment this can be done up till 48 hours before your appointment and your booking fee will be transferred to that future booking. *Please note appointment bookings can only be rescheduled once or the Booking fee is forfeited.
Bookings cancelled within the 48 hour window will forefeit the booking fee paid, it will not be transferred to future appointments.
Failure to turn up for an appointment without the 48 hour notice will incur a further 50% fee (totalling 100%) and any further appointments will not be made or any future bookings already made will be removed until this fee has been paid.
These policies are in place to protect my business as I am sure you will appreciate.
LATE ARRIVAL FOR APPOINTMENTS POLICY .
I fully understand that being late can sometimes be out of your control, but this can have an impact on the smooth running of the clinic. Late arrivals may mean that I cannot carry out your entire treatment booked as I run to a time sensitive schedule and can not run in to my next client booking time. I will always do my best to complete whatever I can in the remaining time, but late arrival can result in no treatment being undertaken and you will be charged for the treatment booked.
CHANGE OF MIND
A change of mind to a treatment booked is treated as a last minute cancellation or a No Show, meaning there may be a large empty space if an appointment is cut short unexpectedly, leaving a financial loss to the clinic. Therefore, if any changes to your booking happens with less than 48 hours notice or on the day of your booking, you will still be charged 100% of the original treatment booked.
CHILDREN/PET POLICY
Due to guidelines set out by our insurance provider, in the interest of health & safety I am not able to accommodate babies /children or pets in the clinic (with the exception of guide dogs). I welcome teenagers for their treatments accompanied by an adult, but due to the nature of the clinic environment, not to mention the devices and chemicals, children/pets accompanying adults IS NOT ALLOWED.
*PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARRIVE WITH A CHILD/PET YOUR TREATMENT WILL NOT GO AHEAD AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL COST OF THE TREATMENT BOOKED AS IT WILL BE CLASSED AS A LATE CANCELLATION.
